Photo Diary: YogaClicks at the Yoga Garden Party

What a really special day @Commonwork in the sunshine with Simon Low! And so good to meet up with several of the Santillan bunch plus other lovely friends made through yoga.

A yoga class with Eija and meditation session in the teepee set in the glorious vegetable garden (with cockerel crowing to remind us to be mindful!) topped and tailed the day, wonderfully fragrant and spicy Indian street food – samosa chat – for lunch, and I finally found my singing bowl, or rather it found me….

The whole day made me even more happy that I’ve signed up to start 2- year teacher training with Simon next April. It’s time to deepen my practice after 15 years of yoga, and it seems the perfect way to move on. Watch this space to see how I get on….
